If that's not enough, we now even fully guarantee the quality of our Vehicle Importing System. In the event of cost caused by error or delay on our behalf, customers are ensured full compensation through credit or refund. This guarantee, in conjunction with our "broken-down' billing (see below), increases transparency and accountability for actions taken during the importation process.

- Representatives are vigilant in helping save you money on supplementary fees. By offering no "total landed price', the cost of goods can be separated from cost of relocation. This separated billing can help save you money by offering exact cost of fees rather than over-compensated estimates (see "Supplementary Fees' for more information).
